پیش بینی سلامت روان بر اساس عملکرد جنسی در زنان متاهل

ملخص المقالة :

سلامت روان نقش مهم و بنیادی در بهتر زندگی کردن افراد، کارآمدی فعالیت شان و توانایی آنان برای عملکرد موثر در زندگی شان دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی سلامت روان بر اساس عملکرد جنسی زنان متاهل انجام گرفت. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی زنان متاهل شهرستان بوانات بود که ۱۳۰ نفر از زنان متاهل به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع¬آوری داده¬ها از پرسش¬نامه¬های سلامت روانی¬کیز (2002) و عملکرد جنسی روزن و همکاران FSFI (2000) استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از دو آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و ضریب رگرسیون استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان دادند بین سلامت روان و عملکرد جنسی زنان متاهل رابطه معنادار مثبتی وجود دارد و مولفه های میل و رضایت مندی قدرت بالاتری در پیش بینی سلامت روان دارند. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که هرچه زنان متاهل در روابط زناشویی، رضایت مندی و خرسندی بهتری داشته باشند، دارای سلامت روان بیشتری هستند. لذا عملکرد جنسی مطلوب می¬تواند بر سلامت روان زنان موثر باشد. مطالعه بر روی دانش جنسی زنان متأهل علاوه بر تأثیری که بر سلامت روان و سلامت جامعه دارد، موجب پایداری و انسجام خانواده و زندگي زناشویي و کاهش طلاق در جامعه خواهد شد.
