Also, in the future, it will be possible to give points to the judges in this system, which will ultimately improve the quality of the level of judging in the country's scientific journals.     4-Explain how to register volunteer judges in Rimag

    At first, all users have the author access level. The editor of a publication or a Rimag administrator will be able to change the role of a Rimag user to a Rimag referee.

    5-How and how to conduct arbitration

    After sending the article, the journal expert will review the article and if it is completed, the article will be sent to the editor. The editor submits the article to the judges after reviewing the article in terms of its relevance to the publication. In his panel, the reviewer can view the articles sent to him for review and can record his comments on the article for the author or editor. The Rimag system also automatically communicates with the referee via e-mail. In case of referee delay, the referee will be notified automatically.

    6- System guide for the referee

    Log in to your account first. A link will be sent to you via the e-mail you received from the publication, which according to the username and password sent, you can enter your card with the role of "referee". Other times you can log in to your card via the "Account" menu. Note that if you have another role in the system, the username and password are the same, but you must select the desired role (referee) to be able to enter the article refereeing card.

    • 1- Articles waiting for judging In this section, which is actually your cartel, you can see the list of articles that have been sent to you for judging. You will also be notified by email that a new article has been submitted for review. The "Primary Arbitration" column indicates that this is the first time this article has been submitted to you for arbitration. "Re-judgment" also indicates that this article has been referred to you for arbitration for the second time. If you do not want to judge an article, click on 1 to declare your unwillingness to judge. Click on number 2 to see the details of the article. After the page opens, you can view the information about the article and download the article file. Announce your judging comments in the form at the bottom of the page. Enter the final score according to your opinion. Mark your opinion as to whether the article is printable or needs correction .... In this box, you can express your opinions to the author. If there are things that need to be informed to the editor, you can write in this box. The posts in this section are not visible to the author. You can also upload your file if you need to send a file to the editor for some description.
