        The purpose of the present research is to study the effect of political connections on the value-based management and performance efficiency indicators. In this research, the indicators such as public companies and percentage of institutional ownership of affiliated companies (quasi-public) were used to evaluate the political relations of the companies and to measure the performance efficiency of both indicators ( manpower and investment productivity). For this reason, the data related to the companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange were collected for a 10-year period during the years of  2008- 2017 for 113 companies and the regression modeling of combined data using ordinary least squares method and the dymamic combined data using the generalized method of moment (GMM) were used by the EVIEWS 9.5 software. The results of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the public companies and  the value-based management ranking. The results also showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between the affiliated companies with institutional ownership and the value-based management ranking . There is also a positive and significant relationship between the public companies and the performance efficiency in both indicators (manpower and investment productivity) . In addition to the results, the hypothesis 2 about the relationship between the quasi-public companies and the performance efficiency shows a negative and significant relationship between the quasi-public companies and the manpower productivity and conversely a positive and significant relationship with the investment productivity.         The entrepreneurial process has always been associated with uncertainty and risk-taking, so it can be said that the risk-taking of this process is considered an accepted part of it.Applying information and communication technology (ICT) is very effective in reducing this uncertainty. The purpose of this study is to present a value co-creation model in the field of ICT so that the basic value creation activities in the ICT ecosystem and the actors associated are determined with each activity. For this purpose, using the subject literature and meta-synthesis were identified activities and actors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and then the main activities were selected using a survey of ICT experts. Based on the results of this analysis, a conceptual model was designed to explain ICT-based entrepreneurial activities consisting of 12 hypotheses. This model was tested using structural equation modeling in the ICT Park (Sajjad Park), which led to the identification of 10 paths with the highest factor load factor.Then, the final structures of the model were extracted by confirmatory factor analysis method including 11 stages and 48 activities. finally, the relationship between the actors and the activities was drawn in the form of a pie chart according to the meta-analysis.         Value creation is the most important aspect of stakeholder management. This activity is garanteed the continuoes of open source software life cycle based on business process reengineering and innovation based on stakeholder requirements. Stakeholders have varied interests and different goals and they are looking to capture the full benefits and eliminate their risks. So, constantly, they are in competition. In order to take appropriate policies for stakeholder,identification of their position and requirements is needed . Various models have been presented to identify stakeholder from different aspect. In this paper, it is tried to study different models and extract all main criteria for stakeholder. Then according to expert's ideas, important factors was identified and the framework for stakeholder identification was proposed. Also, with study of resource in software industry field and using questionnaire , stakeholder of native operating system was identified and classified based on proposed framework .         یکی از جنبه های ارزش‌ ‌‌آفرینی در حوزه منابع انسانی توجه و تمرکز بر شایسته محوری سرمایه انسانی است تا بتوان از آن طریق بر موفقیت سازمان کمک کرد. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی شایستگی مدیران منابع انسانی مبتنی بر معنویت در محیط کار است که در این تحقیق با استفاده از نظرات اساتید دانشگاهی و خبرگان منابع انسانی در شرکت گاز الگویی مطلوب با روش ترکیبی اکتشافی تدوین گردید. و با دو شاخص ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب، پایایی ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری و با استفاده از شاخص میانگین و واریانس روایی همگرای ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری و تایید شد.که طبق یافته‌های تحقیق هفت عامل شامل عوامل فردی، شایستگی‌های معنوی، مهارت‌های مدیریتی، مدیریت مشارکتی، ارزش آفرینی منابع انسانی، مدیریت منابع انسانی، پایبندی به قوانین بعنوان ابعاد اصلی مدل شناسایی شدند از هفت عامل شناسایی شده مدل پایبندی به قوانین، مدیریت منابع‌ انسانی و ارزش آفرینی منابع انسانی در سطح اول قرار گرفتند که همانند سنگ زیر‌بنای مدل عمل می کنند که معنویت در محیط کار باید از این متغیر‌ها شروع و به سایر متغیرها سرایت کند. این سه عامل‌ها دارای ارتباط متقابل با یکدیگر هستند. برای تدوین مدل از نرم افزار AMOS استفاده شده است.
