The entrepreneurial process has always been associated with uncertainty and risk-taking, so it can be said that the risk-taking of this process is considered an accepted part of it.Applying information and communication technology (ICT) is very effective in reducing this uncertainty. The purpose of this study is to present a value co-creation model in the field of ICT so that the basic value creation activities in the ICT ecosystem and the actors associated are determined with each activity. For this purpose, using the subject literature and meta-synthesis were identified activities and actors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and then the main activities were selected using a survey of ICT experts. Based on the results of this analysis, a conceptual model was designed to explain ICT-based entrepreneurial activities consisting of 12 hypotheses. This model was tested using structural equation modeling in the ICT Park (Sajjad Park), which led to the identification of 10 paths with the highest factor load factor. Then, the final structures of the model were extracted by confirmatory factor analysis method including 11 stages and 48 activities. finally, the relationship between the actors and the activities was drawn in the form of a pie chart according to the meta-analysis. Today, a society can move forward and rapidly in the path of development, equipping itself with productive entrepreneurial knowledge and skills by creating the necessary resources to use this valuable capability, other resources of the society to create value and achieve growth and development, Manage and direct. Promoting entrepreneurship requires an ecosystem. The aim of this study is to identify the role of accelerators in the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem using an open innovation approach. The design of this research is qualitative (multiple case study) and is fundamental in terms of research method. Therefore, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 main human resources of Kermanshah accelerator centers, which were selected using judgmental sampling method. In the present study, a two-stage coding method was used to analyze the interview findings. Finally, according to the research findings and coding, the role of business accelerator centers on the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem using an open innovation approach in two parts before the start-up and after the start-up has been identified and studied. The results show that accelerators, by creating a coordinated network between the actors of the startup ecosystem and the entrepreneurial ecosystem and their partners, Creating relationships based on common vertical and horizontal connections between ecosystem actors, Creating value in predetermined partnerships and programs and creating a network of communication between ecosystem actors and networks and companies outside the ecosystem play a role in the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Developing the rural entrepreneurship ecosystem could be considered an appropriate strategy to accelerate the development of rural areas and increase job opportunities. On the other hand, applying entrepreneurship to Iran’s ecotourism and rural tourism is considered a supplement to agricultural activities to create favorable living conditions for the villagers and resolve the challenges existing in rural development. Therefore, this study sought to present a model for developing the rural entrepreneurship ecosystem in target tourism villages of Khorasan Razavi province using a qualitative research method with an applied descriptive-survey approach. To this end, the required data were collected via semi-structured interviews made with fifteen managers and board members of eco-tourist resorts. The data were then analyzed using the Grounded Theory method. Moreover, the validity and reliability of the model were measured via the Kappa index and confirmed by two researchers in the field of tourism and a few university professors. The study’s results suggested that the development of the ecosystem requires the decision maker to consider five aspects, including strategic orientation and effective leadership, identify appropriate sites’ locations, monitor the ecosystem’s development and provide its improvement mechanisms, set the demand-side policies, supply-side policies, and twelve sub-factors. Therefore, it could be argued that the proposed model may provide valuable insights for the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem in rural areas with an emphasis on ecotourism opportunities. In the qualitative step of the research, library studies, internet searches and interviews with technological entrepreneurship experts were used, and using the content analysis method; Dimensions of technological entrepreneurship ecosystem were identified. Then, using fuzzy Delphi method in three rounds, the dimensions were evaluated by experts. Dimension prioritization was also done using Swara method. Because any entrepreneurial ecosystem; It has its own dimensions, features and coordinates, so to plan to improve the situation of conversion industries in Golestan province, it was necessary to know the characteristics of the technological entrepreneurship ecosystem in this industry, which based on the research findings; Knowledge-based entrepreneurial structures of science and technology parks; Growth centers and university research centers; Business clusters; Financing; Legal issues and recruitment; Technology transfer and commercialization were identified as the most important dimensions. Growth and survival is one of the most important challenges for start-ups in the current situation. On the one hand, the coopetition strategy in the last two decades in order to gain, maintain and improve the competitive position has been considered by many businesses. Start-up can gain a good coopetition position in many areas by using a competitive strategy. So far, research has not examined the factors that are involved in the implementation of a coopetition strategy in start-up. In this method, in order to explain the factors affecting the application of the coopetition strategy, first by systematic review of the literature and using the method of meta-synthetic qualitative research, all dimensions of the coopetition strategy were identified. Then the importance and priority of each of the proposed factors is determined using the Shannon quantitative entropy method. After analyzing the articles, the effective factors were classified into 6 categories, 16 dimensions and 68indicators. The results showed; The most important categories are "institutional factors", "strategic factors", "environmental factors","individual-managerial factors","participatory factors","communication factors" respectively. Among the dimensions, " Events " were in the first place, " Supporting institutions ," and " Good reputation of the company " and , "Having coopetitive mindset " were in the second ,third and Fourth places. This study provides a deep understanding of the existing literature on coopetition strategy in start-ups by organizing the factors affecting it and can be used in planning for their growth and survival in complex and dynamic market conditions to compete with other businesse Manuscript profile
