        The present study has been carried out in view of the rapid growth of banking activities in the business environment of the country and contributed to the further development of these activities in the banking industry. The ultimate goal of the research is to provide a model for entrepreneurial banking according to our banking system so that it can cover the growing needs of banking. The sampling used in this article was theoretical sampling. After conducting interviews and collecting information, the codes obtained in different sections are analyzed and after the triple stages of open source coding, the axis and the choice of the final model are obtained by the researchers of this paper. The final version of the issue axial scientific terms, conditions meddler, strategies and finally, consequences and results of entrepreneurial banking is formed.         The purpose of this study was to explain the loyalty model based on customer experience in the tourism industry, especially in the hotel industry, in order to conceptualize loyalty, to examine how the factors of the loyalty model based on customer experience on each other and practical solutions to improve the customer loyalty process in the service sector Especially hospitality. In this research, using the exploratory hybrid design, the concept of loyalty of conceptualization and in the form of a model, the process is explained and extracted. In the first research, the foundation data strategy was used in the form of open, axial and selective coding in the first stage of the design of the model.For this purpose, raw data of deep interviews was gathered with 25 managers, experienced clients and university professors..The results of this research phase, the explanation of 21 categories in 8 categories, describe the quality of hotel staff, the quality of the environment and physical space of the hotel, the quality of hotel service functions, empirical marketing, internal marketing, relationship marketing, customer development, customer empowerment , Tourism industry capabilities, customer perceptions and expectations of the services and provider, multiple value creation for customers, customer reset, customer support from the hotel brand, profit making, improved communication capabilities with customers, increased forecasting power in Future, upgrading service quality, reducing competitors' threats, improving brand credibility, improving quality of service Life, economic and social capital that model paradigm is presented.         The present era is the era of knowledge and technology. In such circumstances, companies will be successful in using research and development activities in technical and economic fields and recognizing the existing local conditions to develop a strategy for the development and design of new products.The purpose of this research is to present a conceptual model of indigenous research and development activities in new product development in the dairy industry. This research is applied in terms of results and is an exploratory research in terms of purpose. The qualitative part approach is based on the Grand Theory strategy. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview with 18 managers and experts in the field of research and development in the dairy industry. Sampling was performed in a purposeful and judgmental manner. The results are about causal conditions, internal and external Organizational trends.The main phenomenon is the indigenous of research and development activities. Interfering factors included organizational capabilities, legal factors, management potential and attitudes, and changes in the public environment. Underlying factors are the structure of the idea and the product, the market structure of the industry, the consumer approach, the institutional basis of research and development. Strategies include research and development knowledge mechanisms, training and human resources,financial resources, risk management, competitive and strategic mechanisms, coping with institutional weakness and customer focus. Implications also include improving the company's financial indicators, offering new products and services, improving position and productivity,exporting and upgrading indigenous knowledge and skills.         Establishing a brand identity for tourism destinations may help ease the problems caused by the intangibility of tourism products and increase the concerted efforts of tourism service providers, ensuring stability in markets and facilitating the process of market segmentation. Therefore, considering the necessity for more attention to the destination’s brand identity due to increased competition within the tourism industry, this qualitative study sought to develop a model for establishing a brand identity for Mashhad city using the grounded theory method. To this end, some twelve managers, professors, and researchers working in the field of brand and tourism in Mashhad were selected to participate in detailed semi-structured interviews using purposive sampling. Then, the collected data were analyzed through open, axial, and selective coding. The study’s findings indicated the positive role of personal factors such as awareness of the destination’s brand or the tourists’ behavioral intentions in developing the brand identity of tourist destinations, which in turn influence the relevant strategies. In other words, such factors help the official select appropriate distinct marketing or development strategies, bringing about a variety of outcomes, including socio-economic development. Moreover, it could be argued that the strategies are set on the grounds of participation development in which the destination’s brand identity is formed. However, intervening factors such as micro and macro environmental factors should also be taken into account in this regard. Manuscript profile
