Education of cognitive emotion regulation strategies was performed in eight sessions for the experimental group, based on the Grass model (2008). indicated the significant effect of the training of cognitive regulatory strategies on the total scores of GEQ, MIL, and all components of these two variables (P <0.05), except for the search for meaning.
