In the geometric graph embedding problem, a graph with n vertices and a set of n points in the plane are given and we want to find a one to one mapping of f between vertices of the graph to these points. The embedding f assigns a length to each edge (u,v) of E, equal to the )Euclidean( distance between f(u) and f(v) in the plane. We wish to find an embedding of minimum length, where the total length is some of the lengths of the edges of E. This is an NP-hard problem since the traveling salesman problem is one special case of it. In this paper, we present some greedy heuristics algorithm and some heuristics algorithm with respect to the Traveling salesman problem (TSP) for embedding a free tree onto a point set on the plane with minimum total edge length. Financial indicators are often used to analyze the market and predict the future of stocks. But because of the complexity of the stock market, what index to use and how reliable the output of the index used is has always been an issue. In this paper, a hybrid approach in the form of a decision support system is used to offer the best stocks to buy or sell. The best stocks are selected from a set of stocks using a set of financial indicators. Each of these indicators acts as a model and shows its status in the future, given the stock situation in the past. Therefore, using a combination of indicators allows us to make decisions with more certainty. The efficiency of this system has been evaluated on the Iranian stock market data collection collected from 2001 to 2011. The results show that the indicators used and the combined use of them have led to the decision support system to produce proposals with high accuracy Manuscript profile

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of using variety of marketing strategies in social networks to build customers’ trust. Marketing through social networks has made appropriate opportunities for companies to attract more customers. Building customers' trust and attracting the customers can be mentioned as marketing challenges on these networks. So, in order to create competitive advantages, companies need to use appropriate strategies of building trust. The population of this study consists of all Iranian users of social networking sites that affected by companies advertisements. Also the sample size by using snowball sampling method is 446. The research method is descriptive survey research and data collection tool is questionnaire. To test hypotheses the partial least squares (PLS) technique and SmartPLS 3 software has been used. The results show that all four variables include: transactional, relationship, database and knowledge-based marketing strategies in social networks have a significant impact to build customers’ trust. Indeed, transactional strategy has negative impact on trust so the relation between this variable and dependent variable is reverse. knowledge-based marketing strategy has the most positive impact on customers’ trust. It is one of his poetic arts giving his language epic and fixed form and appearance. This feature is one of the ways toward defamiliarization with the past archaic element of the language called archaism as one of the most important feature of Akhavan’s poetry. This article tries to study and describe Akhavan’s poetry word related elements having ancient form and style and make his poetry prominent. The result of the study shows that Akhavan’s poetry archaism can be divided into two groups: A-The first one concerns the words not used today or used rarely including general, B-epic science related words such as the words used in medicine, musician and the like. The second one concerns the words experienced in archaic way some changes such as aphesis, heightening, mutation and inversion. Manuscript profile

Colloquial poetry is one of the prominent trends in contemporary poetry. This kind of poem, in which induced speech act is the most important factor in communication between text and reader, is audience-oriented. In this paper, “Nobat”, a generative and open poem from “Safar be kheyr” Collection by Seyyed Ali Salehi, is investigated by descriptive-analytical method with an approach to Michael Riffaterre Semiotics of Poetry. The purpose of this study is to understand the capacity and a new reading of colloquial poetry. In heuristic reading of “Nobat”, which is based on direct signs, the final implication of the poem is an explicit description of combined senses of leaving and grief. But, in another reading of the poem, in which Riffaterre’s theoretical framework is employed, a reader moves from marked and indirect signs of the narrative space to a political-emotional space; as if death is the ultimate indication of poetry and imprisonment - chanting – death is a cycle in accordance with non-grammatical elements, accumulations, descriptive systems, hypograms, and the intertextual space of Shamloo's voice and the sound of two poems by "Ahmad Reza Ahmadi" and "Hafez Mousavi" with similar implications network of death.. Sales forecasting is one of the significant issues in the industrial and service sector which can lead to facilitated management decisions and reduce the lost values in case of being dealt with properly. Also sales forecasting is one of the complicated problems in analyzing time series and data mining due to the number of intervening parameters. Various models were presented on this issue and each one found acceptable results. However, developing the methods in this study is still considered by researchers. In this regard, the present study provided a hybrid model with error feedback for sales forecasting. In this study, forecasting was conducted using a supervised learning method. Then, the remaining values (model error) were specified and the error values were forecasted using another learning method. Finally, two trained models were combined together and consecutively used for sales forecasting. In other words, first the forecasting was conducted and then the error rate was determined by the second model. The total forecasting and model error indicated the final forecasting. The computational results obtained from numerical experiments indicated the superiority of the proposed hybrid method performance over the common models in the available literature and reduced the indicators related to forecasting error. Abstract:Resale of goods, by virtue of the Article 88 of UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is a non-judicial practice and an exception that in addition to preventing incurrence of losses, is a solution to the undecided state of contracts without having to nullify the previous contract. This paper intends to study the possibility of justification of this practice based on Iranian law. The author has applied an analytical, descriptive and comparative method to first understand the resale of goods according to the Convention, and identify similar institutions in Iranian law and jurisprudence. Seizure of property of debtor is among the cases that can justify resale of the property accordingly. Manuscript profile

Abstract: There is divergence of opinions on contracting or pledging in optional sale. Imamiyah jurists endorse the act and consider it as an instance of sale in nature. Sunni jurists identify optional sale as bay’ al-Wafa or buyback sale, associating it with a pledge (rahn) contract. The conditional sale can be analyzed in two ways: First, the conditional sale involving the contractual relationship between mortgagor (seller) and mortgagee (buyer) stipulated in Article 34 of the Law on Registration of Deeds; Second, the conditional sale that does not govern the contractural relationship between the seller and buyer, and it is a real sale under articles 485-462 of the Law. The conditional sale governing the contractural relationship between the mortgagor and mortgagee is an instance of transaction with the right of restitution (Article 33 of the Law). This is why the law has considered the request for registration of the property in conditional sale as a right for the debtor, because in this type of conditional sale the buyer does not intend to conclude a contract of sale. Any negligence of this criterion will raise ambiguities: First, any conditional sale will be taken as the one with the right of restitution, whereas it is otherwise. Second, the real conditional sale has been well stipulated in Article 399 of the Civil Code; therefore, all sales stipulated in Article 399 of the Civil Code must be considered as the transactions with the right of restitution. It is clear that the existence of the element of option in a sale contract does not mean it is an instance of transaction with the right of restitution. Articles 33 and 34 of the Law on Registration of Deeds are not exclusive to provisions of Article 459, because this article is not about the conditional sale governing the contractual relationship between the mortgagor and mortgagee, whereas articles 33 and 34 of the Law govern such relationship. Abstract: Transaction with right of restitution refers to any supplementary and commutative contract in which the assignor reserves the right for himself to reject consideration and restitute transferred property. In view of the law on registration of deeds and real estates, transaction with right of restitution is a combined contract of rendable property and mortgage. There are, however, differences between transaction with right of restitution and mortgage including this that the contract interests belongs to the transferee in the transaction with the right of restitution while corpus interests of the mortgaged property belong to the mortgagee. By virtue of Article 324 of the law on registration of deeds and real estates and the existing precedent, all the benefits belong to the purchaser and given religious rules and regulations, this stipulation is the same as the debt interest. However, if we ignore the right of the purchaser to collect interests, given the degree of inflation and devaluation of money, we have equally ignored commutative justice in his case. Therefore, belongingness of the interests to him seems to be possible via bartering and realization of relative balance. Manuscript profile

Stylistics normally involves the analysis of the linguistic, semantic, and ideological features of a literary text. Mahdi Akhavane Sales, as a prominent figure of the contemporary Persian literature, with piles of knowledge on classic literature, turned to modern poetry, and with his unique poetic style he proved that composing in vain of modern poetry is not due to his inability in following classical poetry. To provide a better understanding of the Khurasani poet’s unique achievements, this study conducted a stylistic analysis on his collected poems in linguistic, literary and ideological levels. The study attempted to determine these features along with some concerned examples. Archaism, novelty of allocation, applying symbolic language, being under the impacts of Khurasani style, applying meticulous rhetorical figures and epic tone in poems of this great poet, are the most outstanding conclusions of this survey. Ideological level, linguistic level and literary level of Akhavan’s poems has been analyzed in this study Manuscript profile

The decisions about designing the supply chain network are considered as strategic decisions of supply chain management, which have long-term impacts on overall performances of the chain. However, one of the most important challenges of problems of designing the supply chain network is coordination of its parts that can lead to several restrictions in tactical and operational levels. One of the increasing approaches of the coordination in supply chain is using Collaborative Advertisements. In this article, using the collaborative advertisement in designing the multi-level supply chain, multi-period and multi-product, have been considered in order to make coordination. The chain is also looking forward to fulfill the requirements of establishing new facilities. Advertisements are provided in two sections; supplying advertisements and chain advertisements. The chain advertisements and the information resource of the chain that customers purchases and orders registration are registered within it, is an internet website, which gets some percent as website’s costs per purchase from the chain’s parts. The demand of each customer is considered dependent on price and advertisement function. In case study the plan of publication subscription has been specified that for all of the variances in the impact factor of the advertisement supplier, summation of supplier’s benefits in presented model are better than the present situations; however, this matter is not compatible with all of the suppliers and some of them would have less benefits. But by means of sharing benefits of this coordination, this problem would be satisfied Manuscript profile

Companies must be able to preserve their customers and change them to the faithful ones. The automotive industry is one of the leading industries in the field of customer satisfaction. In this paper, based on a hierarchical analysis approach, customer satisfaction is formulated based on indicators after sale services, sale process, initial quality study, initial quality study, automotive performance execution and layout of the automobile industry. Also, by presenting an optimization model, the optimum customer satisfaction path from 1395 to 1404 is presented as a perspective for Iran Khodro, Saipa and Pars Khodro companies using an optimized control methodology, which is used to solve the MATLAB software. Finally, the cost of upgrading the customer satisfaction of the products of these companies for two consecutive years is 1396-1395. The results of the research show that the number of initial quality study has the most impact on customer satisfaction, which should be given more importance in the future planning of automobile companies as the most important control variable in order to improve the optimum route of customer satisfaction over the years to come. This paper examines the co-ordination of pricing and advertisement decisions in a bi-level supply chain. The game theory approach is used to model the pricing, the size of the economic order, the retail sales and constructive sales decisions. Three game scenarios are designed based on the model of the newspaper sales man: 1) The Stackelberg game where the manufacturer of the leading role and retailer as a follower, 2) the Nash game where the manufacturer and retailer have the same market power and 3) Full cooperation game where the manufacturer and retailer take the best decisions. In cooperative situation, we will impose an increase in the cost of advertising on the chain rather than a decentralized chain, but it leads to increased profits and increased customer satisfaction, which means a win-win decision-making system for the supply chain managers and customers. Click stream analysis is known as an effective method for customer’s viewing route prediction in a particular web site. Predicting Customer viewing behavior provides considerable advantages in different areas such as e-commerce, e-business and customer relationship management. This paper aims to provide a 0-1 mathematical model based on Markov models for evaluating the most probable viewing route of a customer in a website. This problem can be formulated as an especial case of well-known Prize Collecting Traveling Salesman Problem (PCTSP) which is a NP-hard problem and its sub tour elimination constraints are increased drastically by increasing the model parameters. Also an effective algorithm is introduced in this paper to solve this NP-hard model. For model validation, the proposed model was implemented by using the log files of a university web site server for 20 different users. Comparison of the results with commonly used Giudici algorithm shows that the proposed model yields better and exacter solutions. Manuscript profile

There is a difference in the technology development model between developing and developed countries. In developing countries, it commences with learning the technology from innovations takes place in developed ones. Thus, the driving engine of technology development in late countries is learning the technology instead of providing innovation; in the way that the core of activities, organizations and communications are all concentrating on learning. The combination of virtual and real world has created a concept named as Industry 4.0. Nowadays, the application of Industry 4.0 in different scopes is expanding; applying it there requires setting a roadmap. This research aims to propose a learning-based roadmap for the application of industry 4.0 (especially the Internet of Things) in the sale and distribution of healthcare products. Here, there has been used the learning-based roadmapping method, the process of which is explained in eight steps. Two groups of a distinct expert panel including the business industry and technology industry contributed to this research; the Delphi method has been used to guarantee the convergence. The paper’s result can be used as a pattern for deployment in other related fields and secondly guidance in the industry to estimate required funds in the sale and distribution of health care products. Mashhad is one of the largest religious tourism markets in Iran and in the Muslim world. Sustainable development of this market is dependent on mutual satisfaction of service providers and tourists as customers. One of the important sectors of tourism services is shopping and souvenirs, which is mainly provided by retailers. Therefore, this paper tries to identify the tourists’ perceptions of these retailers in Mashhad. In the field of customer satisfaction, customer perception of service provider- customer interaction, is one of the dimensions of service qualities which determine tourists’ shopping experience. For data collection, a random number of 410 pilgrims who have visited the holy shrine of Imam Reza were asked to describe retailers in Mashhad. Collected data was analyzed by quantitative and qualitative content analysis method, pilgrims’ answers were categorized and then the frequency of each category was calculated. The results revealed that three categories of Profiteering, Deception, and Geniality, respectively include 40.7, 36.3, and 27.1 percent of the responses, which are the highest frequencies among the traits attributed to retailers. This could mean that pilgrims’ image of retailers is a person who uses deception and geniality strategies for his profiteering goals. It seems that temporal characteristic of tourist-buyers, as well as tourists’ insists for discounting, lead retailers to "flexible deception" strategies which more guarantee their interests.
